Terms & Conditions

Classes are subject to availability, but at CrossFit Derry, we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class.

All classes must be prepaid, and all clients agree to our four-hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. So, if you’re booked into a class but miss it or if you cancel with less than four hours’ notice, you will be charged for it.

Out of consideration for the trainer and other members and for your own safety (the warm-up is an essential aspect of each class), please be aware that if you are more than five minutes late for a class, you may not be able to train.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Payment for all classes must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled class.
  • CrossFit Derry’s billing is 1st of the month. Cancellations of membership must be made seven days before the 1st of the month. CrossFit Derry will not issue refunds.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our websites allow you to opt out of further mailings. CrossFit Derry will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.
